The renovation of this existing service station/retail space provided an inexpensive “facelift” to promote the magazine.
The new retail space is a contemporary rendition of a vintage service station with retail space that caters to every generation of car lover. The renovation was performed
on a limited budget yet provides the customer with a bright, well lit experience within the original garage envelope.
The service station employs full service attendants that have access to the car horn for the 55’ Chevy “car head” hanging over the pumps that greets people as they drive by. The
exterior finish panels are integrated with new storefront systems, aluminum signage and a pin striping detail at the fascia. Glass garage doors visually bring the interior merchandise
outdoors. The new look respects the vintage service station of the past.
