Dodd House
Williams College
Williamstown, MA

The goal at Dodd House was to create a servery sympathetic to the 19th century original Williams Inn. Material choices of quarter sawn oak columns, granite counters, tile walls, and stamped tin ceilings reinforce this image. Renovations required removal of worn-out equipment and tired finishes. The equipment and planning layout incorporated a progressive style of food preparation and station serving.
