This early 1950’s modular home was completely retrofitted to provide a more open plan
for entertaining and access to the indigenous landscape it sets in. The exterior reflects a nod to the craftsman style with large roof overhangs and trellis work over the entry. Exterior
colors were chosen to let the house exist within its picturesque setting.
